A couple of Piper PA-23-250 Aztec-C, LQ-JOB (C/N 27-2617) and LQ-OAZ (C/N 27-2614), are used by the Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (PBA). Both of them are former Ejército Argentino (EA) examples. LQ-OAZ has used the next serials AE-118E, AE-118 and AE-107, while LQ-JOB has used the AE-119E and AE-119 serials. At least LQ-OAZ was transferred on 25 April 1980.
On January 30, 2003, 18:00 Hrs EST, while landing at Pergamino after a patrol flight over that city, LQ-JOB suffered a landing retraction when the engines were still running, with the obvious damage to the propellers. Last but not least, a single Piper PA-23-250 Aztec-D, LQ-JPI (C/N 27-4336), operated with this force but has since been withdrawn from usage.
