The Escuadrilla de Helicópteros depends from the Cuerpo Federal de Aviación (CFA) and is charged with the operation of all of the helicopters of the institution with the exception of those assigned to the Escuela Federal de Aviación Policial. Currently the aircraft operated are the single Eurocopter Bk-117 C-1 and all but a couple of the MBB Bö-105.
