The Grupo I de Helicópteros depends from the Cuerpo Federal de Aviación (CFA) and is charged since 1997 with the operation of a single MBB Bö-105 serialed LQ-LAT and equipped with skis for mountain operation and with a Spectrolab light. This unit is based at the Delegación Provincial de Policía Federal of Tucumán.
