Only one Sikorsky S-51 Dragonfly serialled PM-20, (C/N 5161), ever got in service with the Prefectura Naval Argentina (PNA) where it was used for SAR duties. It was transferred from the Policía Federal Argentina (PFA) on September 28, 1957 where it used the LQ-XXR serial. According to one report, before that it was used by the Dirección Nacional de la Aviación Civil (DNAC), which was its original owner, also for SAR duties and based at the Mar del Plata seaside resort. The fate of this aircraft is unknown.
